Another painting question for outside flashing

I am almost ready for painting the few strips of alum. flashing on the exterior of house.
The way I understand my other questions that were answered I can go ahead and
a) wash the strips with paint thinner first.

b) prime with zinsser Bulleyes 123 int. ext primer(cannot find gardtz in my area)

c) paint with a 100% acrylic exterior paint

Am I on the right track?

BONDZ, not Gardz, would the correct one.

123 is fine too though!

Just make sure you wipe flashing with a paint-thinner or preferably Lacquer-thinner.
