I'm painting a new home and decided on Sherman Williams Paint. I intend to go with the Duration line. I am told that the paint comes in three finishes: flat, satin, and semi-gloss. I intend to use semi-gloss for the trim, satin for the kitchen and bathrooms. I am unsure, however, which finish to use for the living rooms and bedrooms between flat and satin. Does anyone have any recommendations? I visited the store but its tough to tell based on the small sample cards. Thanks.
