I painted my one story Stucco house last weekend. Before painting I washed the walls the week before. Took care of any loose paint (not much at all). The surface was very sound. I applied the 1st coat on Saturday and let dry for 24 hours before applying the second coat on Sunday. This weekend while admiring my work I noticed 3 spots like this they are at the bottom of the wall. I guessing itâÂÂs marks from moister. The area does not feel wet to the touch.The house was build in the 1950s and was not insulated. I did insulate the two back bedrooms about 5 years ago and do notice those two wall always have condensation on them in the mornings, which are the wall with the marks. I live in Northern California a few miles from the coast, so are nights are always cool.

I was thinking of waiting for a really hot day and just painting over it.
