When to pull off the blue tape?

When doing taped locations, do you usually:

Paint your two coats than pull the tape off. If so, do you let the first coat completely dry.

Or do one coat, pull the tape off. Let dry. Re-tape and then paint the second coat?

no leave the tape until you have done the 2 finish coats and hopefully your tape will release without any problems. Using the "right tape" makes all the difference. If you are having any difficulty removing the tape, take a craft knife (x-acto knife) or a retractable box cutter type to lightly score right at the tapes edge.

Let the first coat completly dry before reapplying your second application.
