BM paint cracking

Just had my livingroom painted with BM and there are several places that the paint is cracking, just fine tiny cracks. The painter came back, sanded and re-painted. A few hours later I noticed the same thing again. This may be a place where patching was previously done, but places that I know were patched are not affected. What do I do to fix this. Sanding and repainting are not the answer.

I've had this happen when the paint was spread too thin.

Just don't shoot the messenger. The cracking might not have anything to do with the paint, only the prep.
