recently bought a 1BR condo and want to paint before moving in +

since i can't be let out of my current lease early, i have two months to do this

i'd like to be as green as possible, so zero to low VOC

primer: i've read Kilz Premium no-VOC is pretty good, any thoughts on it?
paint: i'll be using Benjamin Moore, but getting a bit overwhelmed by the different lines and finishes

kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity: Advance semi-gloss in White Dove
trim, windows, and doors: semi-gloss in White Dove; not sure which line to use though
bathroom walls and ceiling: semi-gloss, Aura?
bedroom walls: Natura eggshell
bedroom ceiling: Natura flat
pantry walls and ceiling: Natura semi-gloss?
open kitchen/dining/living room: at a loss about this one, not sure if i want different colors for different areas

We have a condo up north and we painted the LR Kilim Beige, the accent wall with fireplace Nomadic Desert and the Kitchen Latte. White cabinets, white trim, black countertops. Looks perfect to us.

Are the walls in poor condition? If not, you don't need primer. It needs to be clean and dull and finished with two coats of quality paint. Use Dirtex to clean it and dull it.
UNLESS the walls were painted with Builder's Flat. Then I recommend a coat of GARDZ, followed by two coats of quality paint.

Unless you like the bling created by semi gloss, satin will perform just as well, but that's a personal choice.
