I am currently having a new home built. I am struggling with the choice for paint colors. I can choose 3 different wall colors for the entire house without extra charge.
I know that I should choose colors based on lighting, furnishings, etc. but obviously with new construction, I won't know the lighting until I am moved in.
I also am getting new furnishings and haven't decided yet, other than I know they will be a darker neutral color. I prefer to decorate with a French country style (golds, reds, greens, blacks). Although, my daughters room is pink, green, and white. I would prefer neutral colored paints that will go with pretty much anything I choose but am completely torn on which way to go.
I also have to use Pittsburgh paints at the painters request.
Flooring: mocha brown carpet bedrooms, medium wood tone living and kitchen, beige tones ceramic tile bath and laundry.
Cabinets: antique white with sable glaze kitchen and Napoli granite, espresso stained with Napoli granite master, white with Milano quartz laminate in guest bath and laundry.
