What color should I paint my kitchen

I just moved in my new house. The kitchen has medium colored oak cabinets and white appliances. The floor is gray-blue tile. The countertops are light gray. At some point I would like to change the countertops but for now I'm just trying to get some paint on the walls. Any input would be a great help!

You'll get the most input if you post this in the Kitchens or Home Decorating forum, preferably with a pic. I find honey oak cabinets and blue/gray to be a tricky combo. Have you considered painting or staining the cabinets?
