Help with New Construction Interior Paint

I need to pick 1 wall color and 1 trim color in a new house we are having built. We have cream cabinets with mocha glaze, santa ciela granite, medium warm chestnut hardwood flooring and tan travertine-look tile in wet areas. I am hoping for a warm but light beige or tan color to paint the ceilings and walls for starters that will be easy to decorate with (not compete) and also if we want to paint a few rooms a different color on the walls the ceiling will work without repainting. The color also has to be from Sherwin Williams so please don't suggest any other brands. Please give me some suggestions to look at because I cannot wait until the house is built and then decide. Then for trim color should I try to match the cream cabinets or go with a white instead? Any and all suggestions will be appreciated!
