Cost to paint 1200 sq ft exterior one-story house?

What is the approximate/ballpark cost per sq ft to paint the exterior of a one story house that's 1200 sq ft? Materials and labor included? This would be in the Southeast, specifically Atlanta area.

Also...what kind of warranty or other guarantees should one be looking for when hiring a company for an exterior paint job? Is there such a thing as an extended warranty option...or would that be a waste of $?

How many lineal feet of trim and soffit?
How much prep work? Is the existing paint chalked?
Any peeling paint?
How old is the existing coating?

How may windows and doors?

Is there a drastic color change?
