I am seriously considering one of the BM Color Stories colors to paint my laundry room, I love the color but kind of want the color to be slightly lighter. Any one know if the FS paint can be mixed at a percentage of the original just like regular paint?

Yes, this should not be a problem at all. Give your BM paint store a call and they can confirm.
