| Hello I have never done any interior painting before. I'm going to repaint a room that is made of concrete brick, it already has paint on it but with mulitpule colours and paint drawings every where. Do I need to put a white under coat underneath before i put the colour on, and if so, what type of paint, and what type of paint do I get for the finishing coat |

| Prime with a stain blocking primer, like Sherwin Williams Pro Block, then apply any finish paint you want. I would use PPG Manor Hall or SW Super Paint, flat |
