Painting wrought iron furniture

I have a patio set from the 1950's that I found 30 years ago. It is a rectangle table with glass top and six chairs with a vine pattern on backs. I have reupholstered the seat covers several times. Now, read to reupholster again, I notice that the coppery sage green paint looks tired.
What kind of paint could I use to freshen up this set? I am inclined towards an ivory color but could live with the sage green over sprayed on copper again.

I have no idea how to do this. Suggestions?

Clean it well, prime and paint with Rust-OleumÃÂ® Industrial ChoiceÃÂ® spray paint( outside). Any color you want
