| I am in process of building a cedar arbor. It will be placed in front yard in front of white fence. I do not want to just paint it white like fence, maybe a stain so you can still see the wood grain.
Could anyone recommend a type of stain that will bring out the wood grain but still match the white fence? |

| Just ask for something to white wash the fence. It will be like a thin coat of paint that allows the wood grain to show through a bit. If you want to protect it, ask whether you can use a flat or gloss sealer over it. gramma jan |
