How to calculate the qty of paint needed for cabinets

This summer I plan to paint my Kitchen cabinets.1970's standard L shaped. How do I calculate the no. of gallons I require.?

I already bought 2 gallons of 123 primer becoz of

a 'buy 1 get 1 free' sale at Home depot.I heard SW paints are expensive, so how should I caculate that.

Quality paint is not expensive. However, using cheap paint is very, very expensive.

The Pro Classic paint is worth every penny you pay for it. I recommend it if you're a SW shopper.

A gallon price is the best price and best value for your money. One gallon will cover approximately 350-400 sf. One gallon will most like do the cabinets unless you have a huge kitchen.
