Please help removing oil paint from concrete??

Wondering if anyone would know what would take oil paint off of concrete.
Home Depot doesn't seem to know, and Sherwin Williams said nothing would work other than sand blasting. I can't understand why a good paint remover wouldn't work? Power washing with the smallest nozzle?

Thanks to anyone!

Lacquer thinner, a toothbrush and an awful lot of elbow grease.

Is it a "film" of Oil paint, or just dots?
On smooth-troweled cement or broom-finish?

If it's a thinner film...Uffda...it'll be work!

I'd also consider a paint-sripper as a backup...
