I just finished spending days scrubbing off all specks of the wallpaper paste on the walls of our 50 sq. ft. bath with 50-50 white vinegar-water solution, rinsed well & dried thoroughly. I was just about to paint on the Zinser Bullseye latex primer when I saw a youtube video. This man said you must use an oil based primer because all the paste probably didn't come off. Any advice? Thanks for any help!!
