Preparation for painting.

I have a pressure treated plywood shed that I built and painted about 20 years ago. (Sears Weatherbeater). The paint seems to be in pretty good condition, except for small cracks. Most people in this area, West Central Florida, pressure wash before painting. Would I have good results using a sealer like Seal Krete instead of pressure washing?
