If you are referring to the 2 part epoxy product, I suggest you point your browser to http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/ and the "Flooring" discussion. While it mostly covers garage floors, the same "principles" apply to any concrete floor. Lots of good info and help from the folks on that forum.

I used Quikcrete 2 part epoxy on the "3 and 4 ft wide steps" in my garage and am satisfied with the results. The key is prep, prep, prep. Because of all the stuff on the rest of the garage floor, I used a wet vac to suck up the wash water and acid etch. I rinsed a couple of times so that when dry I could run my fingers over the concrete and not pick up any residue.
