We are remodeling our kitchen and I have no idea what to do with the paint color. The kitchen and dining/living room share a wall, but I would really like to paint the kitchen a bright cheery green/yellow. Would it look weir...d to have a paint line separating the two rooms? (On the left wall, we will have more cabinets. We're also putting in a white beveled subway tile backsplash, so there won't actually be that much paintable wall space in the kitchen. And the line separating the two rooms wouldn't be that long). If I painted the dining/living room to match the kitchen, what color should I use? I don't want anything too crazy because this is the first room you see when you walk in our house, but I don't want anything too blah either. I love color! I have a collection of Fiestaware dishes that I want to display, so paint that will compliment those bright colors is what I need. I'm open to any suggestions from anyone....please help! Thanks :)
