Front wall signs of mold

We have an exterior wall around a portion of our house. There seems to be a mold pattern in some areas following the cbs block pattern. It has been pressure cleaned and the pattern remains. Painter didn't use bleach and wants to just paint over. I think it will come thru new paint job. Thoughts?

I don't think I would let a painter make that decision. Call a company that deals with mold removal - I would get rid of the mold first. Mold will penetrate any paint. You also cannot bleach mold away.
