Aura Bath and Spa Paint

I am new to this forum and need advise. A friend just painted our basement bath with BM Aura bath and spa in the matte finished in "white sand". It looks nice but we got a pencil mark on it accidentally. It is most difficult to remove. I am concerned if I will be able to wash these walls down ever. It says you can but I would like to know if it is easy to wash the walls with this paint. BM salesperson also sold us Aura paint in a Matte finished in a earthy brown for trim and the cabinet and am worried if I will be able to wipe down the cabinet and baseboards if required. I just do not want to repaint. How long do I have to wait before I could wipe down the walls if smudges, etc. We have so much paint left over of the Bath and Spa we decided to do the stairwell going upstairs. Perhaps this is not a good idea? Especially if difficult to wipe down. Anyone have problems wiping down marks etc on walls using the above paints? Help.
Thanks for any help, please.
