I want to paint my bathroom. I have high ceilings and I must get way up on my 5ft ladder to trim and paint near the ceiling. My problem is painting the area above my fiberglass shower stall.

1st: Is it ok to put the ladder legs onto the fiberglass shower floor and not poke a hole or some damage?

2nd: I'm not sure that I can even get both sets of legs open in the shower and may have to lean it from the shower floor onto the shower fiberglass wall while the ladder is closed. Would that be ok?

I am a small lady at 120 pounds but worried that I will puncture the fiberglass or damage it in some way.
