Online meal planners

In an effort to become more organized, I would look to use an online meal planner that stores recipes and prints shopping lists etc. There are several free programs that look interesting. Have any of you used any of these and if so can you recommend a good one that you like more than others as well as some pros and cons of these programs?

One of the womens magazines you see in all the grocery stores prints a month of menus. Not interactive but a good resource. I think it's Womens' Day.
