How do I store mens pants in closet?

How do you store men's pants in the closet? chino/khaki docker type and dressy type slacks. On hangers? What type is best? ANy other tips about organizing a man's small walk in closet is appreciated. Thanks.

I am using hangings with an open end that I bought at a local container/organizer store. I really like them. I found something similar on the web. Not quite the same, but close.

I use those hanger for my pants also, they are the best thing I've used; no slipping and no marks.

those are the best. non slip is key. i once bought metal ones and my pants ended up on the floor.
