head-scratching article

The Washington Post today ran a piece about the cost of storage units versus the cost of buying a new place with more storage.

Do you think people actually think of those two options first? And not the "get rid of the excess stuff" option?

RE: head-scratching article

I am amazed by the number of people that have storage units for their stuff that they never use. My nieces rented a unit for $100 a month. They stored happy meal toys, beanie babies, christmas decorations, and other stuff that had very little monetary value. They have finally decided to unload it, and are discovering just how much money all this crap really cost them to keep. Talk about a 180, they really are purging now.
