There is a product called dry erase marker. Cover the mark with it, then wipe off with a dry rag. Then go over it with a damp paper towel to remove any trace of the permanent ink and the dry erase marker

A pencil eraser may actually do it. (Just turn the computer off first, or you'll have to listen to the beeping, haha)

i tried the magic eraser and it lasted about 30 seconds before shredding on me!!

Try a little Bar Keepers friend on the tip of your wet finger and lightly "sand" the marker away. This stuff works great for all kinds of things.

Acetone (fingernail polish remover) is the best sharpie remover.

braddo.. thanks for the idea of Acetone but time has taken care of it.. it all has worn off with use. They are all good ideas to keep in mind in case something happens on something else..Hopefully it won't happen :)
