I don't think I could hold myself to daily cleaning and organizing. I think I'll just aim for progress. I did a lot of cleaning right before Christmas. So far, I've been able to maintain that. The kids went back to school today after being out for two planned weeks and one week of ice storm. I'm planning a little 'me' time before I get serious about anything else.

Well, yesterday was the cabinet under my bathroom sink. Today was two drawers full of coupons and recipes.

Both look a lot better and I filled a couple of wastebaskets! LOL

I'm stealing that and hanging it somewhere in my house ... maybe a couple of places ... "PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION" ... Simple yet prolific!
I too started my New Year with a "Get organized" to do list ... and this past week I did 1 (ONE) thing ... I emptied and painted and organized my pantry ... 12'long X 3' wide ... sounds nice but is a serious PAIN! But I did it ... stuck to it and was GRUMPY (poor kids) but it's done!
I suffer from OCD/Hoarding ... and, while there is no cure, I am determined to be a little stronger this year.
I'm off to a good start ... and now I am off to make me a sign ... PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION! Weeee! Thank you!
