looking for 'Helper' mix recipes

Anybody have recipes to make homemade "hamburger helper" (or tuna, or chicken) type dry skillet-dinner mixes?

I know I've seen such recipes somewhere before.....but I just don't know where!

Thank you! I love the ease of prep with these skillet dinners, but I'm trying really hard to get away from overly processed foods. Hopefully I'll be able to take some with us on our trip to Florida - I'm getting a 2-burner hotplate to take with us so I can cook for the family in our hotel room!
