I bake mine longer though. I bake at 350 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 mins. And I also like to stir in Cheerios before baking and after it cools I like to add Chocolate chips ;) As you can see I have a sweet tooth.

Thanks! That's awesome - I love granola, but don't buy the pre-packaged cereal because it's so expensive. On a similar vein, I saw the commercials for Chex Morning Mix and decided to make my own. . . makes a great snack or breakfast on the go. I use the Chex Mix recipe from the box that you use to make snack mix, but instead of the salt/spices they call for, I used Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Instead of pretzels and peanuts, I used dried banana chips, raisins and almonds. Delicious!

Boy that does sound good.....I buy a cereal that I love that has dried cranberries so I think I will substitute them for the raisens.......It's expensive too so I am going to try this one.......P.S. I have a bowl many nights with yogurt just for a late night snack...it's like a dessert....
