| I just bought a package of cornbread mix, put about half into a muffin pan, cut up some smokie cocktail franks and put about one and a half worth in each muffin and topped with the rest. Baked per the box. Eh, they were ok. A little too grainy and dry for me so I want to try using regular corn meal and the recipe off the box (scratch is the word I was looking for!!) and try that. Ken |
