No peek casserole; how about in a crockpot?

| Several people have mentioned how good the no peek casserole is (stew meat, mushroom & onion soups, gingerale & mushrooms). Any reason why it wouldn't be just as good cooked in a crockpot rather than in the oven? Was thinking about putting it together for tomorrow night's dinner.
Thanks. |

| I just read that one of the once-a-week thread and thought I'd try that in a crock pot. Great minds think alike! |
