No peek casserole; how about in a crockpot?

Posted by kim0201 (My Page) on

Several people have mentioned how good the no peek casserole is (stew meat, mushroom & onion soups, gingerale & mushrooms). Any reason why it wouldn't be just as good cooked in a crockpot rather than in the oven? Was thinking about putting it together for tomorrow night's dinner.

Thanks.

Funny you ask...I just made this in the crockpot yesterday. It worked out just fine. DELICIOUS!!

I just read that one of the once-a-week thread and thought I'd try that in a crock pot. Great minds think alike!
