Waffle Mix?

Does anyone have a recipe for easy waffles? We can't find the booklet that came with our waffle maker, and it used beaten egg whites. That was a bit too much work. Are they all like that?

I use store bought mix occasionally, but have recipe, and I've used whole egg. 1 3/4 C. Flour 1 T. b. powder 1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 C. milk
1/2 C. oil |
