Oven Temperature for Roast Sticky Chicken???

| I am new to this forum and am enjoying it very much. I have recently got the Roast Sticky Chicken recipe which I am anxious to try but am a bit concerned with the low oven temperature of 250 degrees. Is this safe to cook chicken at this low temperature? Could someone please let me know about this. Thanks very much. |

Hi Lope,
Yes, it is safe , and very yummy. MAke sure you cook it for the 5 hours, it will be moist, but throughly cooked. |
