Turbo Cooker

My MIL passed away and in cleaning out her house we found a brand new, still in the package Turbo Cooker. She bought all the infomercial things! LOL
Question is, what the heck do I do with it?
It has some recipe cards with it but I have never even seen one of these cookers used.
Do any of you have one of these things? Is it any good? Or should I put it in the 'donate' pile?

RE: Turbo Cooker

If it is what I think it is, it is an aluminum pot topped with Teflon. Personally, I would get rid of it. Teflon comes off sooner or later, no matter what the makers tell you, and there are a number of respected health professionals who will tell you flat out to get rid of it. Even if you didn't believe THEM, if you keep it and use it regularly, you'll be eating off of aluminum at some point...not considered a good idea these days, either. It might be fun to try a time or two, but it wouldn't be a piece I'd recommend keeping.
