| 2 cups cornmeal
1 tea. salt 1/2 tea baking powder 1/2 tea baking soda 1/2 tea garlic powder 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup buttermilk( if you dont have buttermilk you can use sour milk--sour it by adding lemon juice or vinegar) 17 oz can creamcorn 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1-3 Jalapenos finely chopped 1 med. onion chopped combune dry ingredience and mix well. Add the other ingred. and blend together--put in a hot greased 13x9 pan(glass if possible)Bake 400 degrees 40-50 min til browned---Yummy!!!! |
