| After 3 weeks of dry icing it, we have a new freezer. We learned that a warranty means nothing if you can't get prompt service for your refrig or freezer. We learned that to insure prompt service, it pays (literally) to purchase your refrig and/or freezer from a place that not only sells but has its own service people who can be dispatched to do the service. We also learned that not all service people are equal: companies/stores get certified but that doesn't mean their technicians are!! Buyer beware. |
