| I had a 3.5 pork loin and just popped half in the oven for a roast. I want to freeze the other half (more dark meat) to cook up later. I was thinking of something easy like barbeque or something that can be pulled for sandwiches. I wanted a marinade recipe I could freeze the pork in. I'd let it defrost then maybe cook in a crock. This sound easy, but I was trying to avoid sauces in a jar to control sodium. Does anyone have a good recipe? Thanks.

| I just posted a jerk marinade recipe that would be good. It's on the other thread about your favorite recipes, at the end of the thread. You could put the pork loin in a big bag, put the marinade in with it and then when you thaw it out, cook it in the crockpot or in the oven and pull the meat for sandwiches. It's really good that way. |

| Pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce to taste. |
