THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF AWESOME!! ENJOY.

Gail’s Meatballs

Meatballs:
1lb hamburger
1pkg Hamburger Lift
1 c. rolled oats
1 egg
Few dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Form into balls & brown under broiler.

Sauce:
½ c. vinegar
½ c. ketchup
½ c. water
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash salt’2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
8 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

Heat to boiling then simmer a few mins. Add cooked meatballs & simmer 20 mins.

Never heard of "Hamburger Lift". What is it?

I was wondering the same thing what is Hamburger Lift??? The meatballs sound awesome and I would love to make some.. but do not know what hamberger lift is.

I had never heard of Hamburger Lift either, so I Googled
it. apparently it is a spice mix made by French's.
