I used to do oamc but my husband hust had a heart attack and found out that hes is diabetic. Does anyone have health low carb receipes, that my kids will eat too.

go over to the forum called Special Diet Recipes and look through the pages. There's lots of recipes for diabetics and I'm sure they could be prepared using the oawc method. Good Luck Deb

Check out Suzanne Somers' site (suzannesomers.com) it's all sugar free. and i saw a thread somewhere with diabetics helping one another with recipes and support. click on 'community'. Somersizers are really great with helping anyone who asks. I hope this is helpful CC
