No June Cleaver

| After cooking a dish to freeze, are you supposed to let it cool before freezing it? I freeze portions for lunch in those Ziploc plastic containers and there is always a chunk of ice that forms on the inside of the lid. It happens whether I cool the food first or not. Is there anyway to stop this from happening? |

| Try freezing in freezer zip- lock bags. I usually let things cool a little before placing in freezer. |
