Freezing White/Cheese Sauce

| Has anyone had any experience with freezing white sauce or cheese sauce? Does the texture come out ok after it's thawed? |

| I've done this before. It worked well for me and I just microwaved it when I wanted to eat it. I froze it in individual servings sizes. (I did white sauce, not cheese sauce). |
