Freezing White/Cheese Sauce

Has anyone had any experience with freezing white sauce or cheese sauce? Does the texture come out ok after it's thawed?

I've done this before. It worked well for me and I just microwaved it when I wanted to eat it. I froze it in individual servings sizes. (I did white sauce, not cheese sauce).
