Yesterday I made a big pot of Chili with 3 lbs of gr. beef, pink beans, onions, garlic, celery, green onions, Tomatoe Soup and assorted spices (I never do it the same twice.) It came out pretty good considering I'm French :-) I packed it in the burrito with some cheedar cheese on top then folded the burrito. Made about about 25 burritos. Our large family ate 14 for dinner with some salsa and sour cream on top. Oh that reminds me I stired in 1/2 jar of salsa in the meatsauce ;) I froze the rest individually so my husband and oldest son who works can take them for lunch with a quick 2 min. in the micro.

Wow that sounds great. I love burritos...I have to try that as I always use leftover meat for burritos.
