| Hi, I bought a chicken today to try the Roast Sticky Chicken Recipe. I could not find white pepper at the grocery store. How important is this ingredient to the recipe? I am planning on starting it sitting tonight with the spices so if anyone can help with this answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ~Sally |

| I couldn't find it either at my store and I was to busy to go looking for it so I left it out...I don't think it is that important...My husband loved the chicken. |

| I've never used it. It will still be wonderful. One other post said that her chicken wasn't sticky. Key is the low oven temp and cooking uncovered. It will be delicious~ |
