Mass cooking session with few pots and pans

Hi all, I'm new to OAWC and this board, and would like to cook a few weeks' worth of food in one session. I don't have very many pans and have heard of people using foil to separate a 9x13 pain into two, kind of creating two foil pans inside the larger pan that you can then lift out, wrap, and freeze. Has anyone else heard of or done this? Thanks for any input!

I've never heard of such, but if YOU have, chances are somebody does it. Why not just make a large portion in your 9x 13 pan, and then break it down and wrap in foil and/or storage bags or containers?
I would think (depending on what your cooking) foil would be very messy by the time you cook in it. Then try to lift it out and wrap it?

I don't know, but if you get any examples, please pass it along!
