I know that this has been on here before so I'm sorry for repeating, but need to find out how to bake potatoes in the crockpot. Can't remember - do I use foil, any liquid, and how long should I leave them in there?
Thanks!

RE: Baked potatoes in crockpot

After reading this post on using a crockpot to "bake potatoes" I tried it yesterday. I washed then blotted most of the moisture off the potatoes, cut a couple of the big ones in half and baked for 4 hours on high. No foil. I served them with sour cream. Mmm, not bad! Another quick n'easy dish. THANK YOU, EVERYONE!
