| I hope this doesn't seem like a dumb question, but how do you reheat food?
I'm a pretty good cook, and since I'm only cooking for one or two, I frequyently have leftovers. I'd like to freeze them and save them for later, but when I microwave them later, they always seem pretty shapeless and textureless and generally yucky. I've invested in good quality freezer ware, but it doesn't seem to help. I have no trouble with other things I freeze in bulk. (Unccoked chicken or pork, spahgetti sauce) but I can't seem to re-serve prepared foods. Any suggetions on how I can reheat frozen food so that it's something I'd be willing to serve guests? |

| I usually dtermine how to heat a meal by what it is. Sometimes I think things just taste better in the oven etc but if I am in a hurry I do the microwave too. I really haven't had them shapeless, textureless or yucky though or maybe it's just that I generally love leftovers. |
