| i posted this under the post for favorite simple main dish because someone there mentions using in a broiled steak marinade ... but that thread is old and no one is responding ... anyone know?? your help would be appriciated. |

| HP sauce is just like a tangy steak sauce, kind of like A1 but better. It is very common in England for having on meat and pies and here in Canada and restautant with a large British community seems to have it on their table. My fridge is never without a bottle. I love it on toasted cheese on bread. They now also have a fruity variety and a bold variety of the sauce but I havent tried either yet. |

| Only in Canada you say... Pity... hahahaha I have seen it in the US but it's not widely available..A1 is more common though I prefer the HP. By the way...HP stands for House of Parliament...which is the picture on the label.. why I dunno. |
