I Made Noodles

| I made noodles and it took me two days to get them all done. I made them for Easter gifts and to put in our freezer to use. I used 61 eggs. I do not have a pasta machine. I did use the food processor to mix the dough. Lots of hand rolling and cutting but they will be so good for chicken and noodles. I have enough egg whites to make an angel food cake from scratch. I may do that tomorrow and wrap and freeze for Easter dinner. Anyone else making noodles. Walmart had eggs for $.79 a dozen.
