| I love cooking enough for an army so that I can freeze dinners and just pop them in the oven when I have a rough week. But I've found that some of vegetarian food does not taste as well after it's been froze. I've tried a few different types of soups but nothing else. I have no idea what other sorts of vegetarian dishes may freeze well. Anyone have any recipes or ideas? |

| Vegetarian lasagna would freeze well, vegatble soup, vegetable chili, my grandfather makes a vegetarian shepherds pie using beans. I think the main trick is to undercook the veggies a little beofre freezing so they stay crisper after thawing and re-cooking. |
